As a Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

With all the men and women I work with, my goal is to create a friendly environment with open communication. My main priority is to make you become the best version of yourself, both physically and mentally.

No plan is complete without considering the health of your cardiovascular system and your core muscles. Many will overlook the importance of these components but I aim to provide the most effective plans to my clients. Regardless of goals, my program will improve your health and have you feeling great.

While a balanced diet is the most important factor in overall wellness, many still show deficiencies in important key nutrients. Depending on your age, fitness goals, and current level of health, I will establish a recommended supplementation guide to "fill in the gaps" of your nutritional plan.

I started working with Cody last year after competing the year before and being disappointed in the package I had brought to the stage. I knew Cody from a few prior shows where we actually competed against each other. I watched his progress and was amazed at how he was excelling, winning overalls and then taking top 3 at Nationals. He's very organized makes regular changes to diet and training plan when needed, and communication is top notch. He responds quickly and answers every single question I have. He made is enjoyable and I wasn't feeling miserable or tired etc. I think the biggest thing to note is, he was very motivating. He reminded me constantly of my potential and showed me that he truly cares. He had confidence in me and that helped me to work even harder. Cody's expertise in bodybuilding and nutrition is vast. I had the pleasure of having Cody as my coach for roughly 6-7 months. Here are some things I really enjoyed from Cody's program: Bi-weekly check-ins with pictures and weigh-ins. In my opinion, this was the best way for me to stay on track and accountable. A meal plan tailored to your daily routine and food preferences, with a variety of foods, and would be adjusted every two weeks if needed. A workout regimen tailored to every individual and their goals, whether that be in the gym or at home. Lastly, the knowledge I gained about nutrition and how the body utilizes the nutrition as well as the variation of exercises I learned was priceless. Even though Cody hasn't been my coach for months not, I still implement the workouts and knowledge from my time on his program.
