•Through this you will be able to access your training plan organized into a weekly/monthly schedule so you never have to guess what you should be doing each day.
• If needed, each exercise has a video tutorial to demonstrate form and technique along with coaching queues and detailed instructions.
•Workouts will be tracked in the app providing record of your progress as well as sharing valuable data with me directly so I can ensure your success.
•Here you’ll also have access to your detailed nutrition plan.
•This will also include a shopping list of each food item contained in your meal plan to make shopping for the items you need easier and more convenient.
•Here we’ll also input and track your bodyweight and upload weekly progress photos that I will review to track your progression.
