I liked having to check in with him every other week giving him progress photos and a short summary of how the 2 weeks had gone. Signing up for Cody’s personalized fitness program was a great decision for me. Prior to this I was always online looking up workouts or just doing my own thing. Having workout plans made specifically for myself, with my goals in mind, made a huge difference. What I also loved about this plan was the meal selection. My problem was always planning my meals. What should I eat? What’s the new fad diet? But Cody made it simple with letting you know what to eat and when to eat it. The meals also varied depending on your workout schedule. Finally, the part that helped the most was Cody keeping you accountable. Every week you send an update. Cody reviews all the info and updates the workouts accordingly. Whether it’s your first time in the gym or someone looking to change up their normal routine I recommend contacting Cody and getting on a plan made specifically for you. It’s worth it!
